The Australian Artist & Talent Register Pty Ltd. is an Australian listed private company trading as The Australian Artist & Talent Register, hereafter referred to by the initials AA&TR.
Its Director is Mr. Robert James of Ascot, Brisbane, Australia, proud to be a patron of the arts.

It is a multi level Arts & Entertainment web site, featuring: Artists & Gallery listings, Actors & Theatre venues, Dancers & Dance Studios, Models & Designers, Musicians & live music venues.
It also features "The Talent Review" - Free Audition placement.
Separate but also part of the AA&TR GROUP is Artistcard Designer (dedicated to the design of advertising material at economical prices) Designer Markets ( a compliment to the Models & Designers providing them with a market place to sell their original designs.

Art4Life another associated website designed to run Art competitions on line and available to lease.

AA&TR does not act as an agent and does not seek to represent its members in any form.
AA&TR may charge a fee for a premium listings and or advertising that appears on the site or in its "Observer " e'newsletter, at its discretion.

AA&TR services that are currently free may not always be so.

On registering your profile with AA&TR you will be deemed to have become a "member"
Advertisers or third parties are referred to as customers or clients.

All AA&TR members are deemed to have subscribed to our Observer newsletter.
To remove yourself from our mailing list please click remove at the bottom of the newsletter.

AA&TR updates its databases on a weekly bases and strives to provide the most comprehensive and up to date information.
We encourage our members / clients to give us feedback on their satisfaction with our service and will do our best to provide improvement in accordance with your requirements and suggestions.

AA&TR members are urged to update their profile regularly to insure that information is current and correct.

AA&TR reserves the right to delete listings that carry dead links or out of date information.

This legal disclaimer seeks to explain AA&TR's liability to our members and customers in a case of potential damages in connection with the use of the AA&TR web-site, its services, or its provided information.

REFUND POLICY
AA&TR will refund 100% the price of Artistcard Designer purchases if your design does not match that which has been submitted to AA&TR.
Designs are stored in our database in case of reorder or dispute.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
At this time, The Australian Artist & Talent Register Pty Ltd can only ship within Australia. International orders will not be fulfilled.
AA&TR endeavours to deliver anywhere in Australia within five working days however the extreme out back or places that are not serviced regularly by ordinary mail could take a little longer and we will contact you within 24 hours if this is the case.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow one working day for processing.
You will be advised within 24hrs if for some reason your order cannot be completed.
As a result of our speedy order processing, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been finalised. Please make sure your order is accurate before submitting it for processing.

AA&TR does not store/share its correspondence between members, clients or customers.
AA&TR does not purchase or rent mailing lists or e-mail information.
Our mailing lists are collated by direct contact networking with our customers / members or business sponsors, either electronically or in person. (filling out an application form)
Every endeavour is made to confirm that this information is genuine and correct however because we cannot verify or cross reference identities with an e-mail address no guarantee can be given and AA&TR will not be liable for false information supplied in this way.
AA&TR recommends for your own security that you use your real name with discretion in personal correspondence or attached to your email address.
Disclosure of names, address or telephone numbers between third parties is done at your own risk!

Note: Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. All items can be returned to AA&TR for a complete refund if not as your design.

Please note no guarentee can be given for any errors by you in the design process, check your work thouroughly as we do not proof read. It will be printed exactly as you have viewed it in the Pdf Preview. These preview files are kept for reference in our database should you need to refer to them.

OUR LIABILITY
AA&TR will not be liable for damages of any kind, direct or indirect, arising in connection with your use of the AA&TR site, as well as any of AA&TR's customers, partners, agents, advertisers / or affiliate's, including but not limited to the use of the site, the inability to use the site, any messages received in connection with your use of the site, any transactions or contracts entered into through the site or information you have obtained through the site.

AA&TR does not act as an agent, it's owners, partners, affiliates and employees, shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in conjunction with any information or service that you obtained or purchased from AA&TR, as well as its affiliates, partners, and advertisers.

AA&TR shall not be liable for actions taken by its members in their personal relationships with each other as well as in relationships with their relatives, friends and other acquaintances.

AA&TR shall not be liable for any incorrect information supplied by its members, or affiliates either if it was done purposefully or due to negligence.

AA&TR are aware that many professionally taken photographs may be covered by copyright but where these are added by individuals other than AA&TR's Directors or employees the liability lies with those uploading the images.

AA&TR takes no responsibility or liability for copyrighted images posted on the site and takes the added precaution of warning about the posting of such images on its Registration page.

AA&TR members are deemed to have given permission for AA&TR to use images listed on the site to further promote their members or the AA&TR site itself with the exclusion of those images which may be subject to copyright. (Please contact us if you do not wish your images to be used.)

AA&TR will endevour to contact such members before using any images posted on the site.

AA&TR shall not be liable if any of its information is outdated due to failure of its members or business sponsors to inform AA&TR about changes in their information.

AA&TR its partners, agents and affiliates shall not be liable to you or anybody else for any mistakes, misprints or misspellings that may occur in its data base, ads, listings and on the website itself, or if the supplied information was distorted in any other way.

AA&TR members acknowledge and agree that information contained in personal profile advertising is supplied by the member and no warranty as to the truth or authenticity of any statement, image, painting video clip or sound file contained in the profile is given by AA&TR

AA&TR members and customers acknowledge that AA&TR and its directors shareholders, employees, servants and agents are not acting for the advertiser and / or the customer in the capacity of an agent.

AA&TR members and customers acknowledge and agree that AA&TR cannot and does not guarantee or promise: -
(a) That members will make contact or respond to their mail.
(b) That any meeting will result in a successful outcome.
(c) That any contract entered into with a third party will be honoured.

AA&TR members and customers agree to indemnify AA&TR its directors, share holders, employees, servants and agents from any liability or loss that may arise or flow from members details being disclosed to other members, customers or agents.

AA&TR members, customers, inquirers and advertisers acknowledge and agree that AA&TR is governed by the laws of Queensland Australia.
