Bio. Jenny Ivett-Hawes, Introducing Tomorrow's Concert Pianist
	Jennifer Ivett-Hawes has had extensive experience in education in Queensland and Tasmania, holding teaching, administrative and management positions. Jenny's background is in music (keyboard) and she has recently been a judge at Centro Toombul's Time to Shine Talent Search. She is committed to promoting and supporting the Arts.
ART MUSIC THE BLUES THE HYPOCRITE THEATRE MELB. XERXES	Introducing Imogen Scott-Parker - the six year old who has amazed judges and audiences alike in the recent Brisbane Time to Shine Talent search. Looking every inch the professional performer, Imogen has confidence, presence and poise that would be the envy of many performers her senior. Ever supportive mum, Bridie, explains that Imogen began learning piano just prior to her fourth birthday. Her teacher realised she was an exceptional student fifteen weeks after begining lessons, when she began playing "two hands together". Imogen is studying classical piano at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, and is currently completing Grade 4 with the Australian Music Examination Board. In February, Imogen began composing her own classical pieces - her favourite music genre. As if she doesn't already have her hands full, Imogen also plays the violin, purely as an enjoyable extra! In terms of her schooling, Imogen studies through the Brisbane School of Distance Education, currently completing Year 3 - a level far in excess of her chronological age. Imogen particularly enjoys lateral thinking and visual processing activities and also attends the school's West End campus where she engages in a variety of other activities. This young gifted lady has an enormous future ahead of her. There is no doubt we will see her on the world stage... perhaps sooner than we may think!
