As an Australian traditional artist, I take pride in the country I live in. I love the relaxed people and the beautiful scenery that surrounds me. In my paintings, I use light, colour and detail to capture the atmosphere of our surroundings.
Every corner I turn, I find a new subject! Maybe a landscape, a seascape, a streetscene or a still life, animals or people...there are no bounds.
At this stage, I only use oils and have been strongly influenced by Reg Campbell's works, as well as many other Australian artists.
So far, my four major solo exhibitions have been a great success, and I have won many awards, including the "Most outstanding traditional landscape" at the Sydney Royal Easter Show, 2008.
I have paintings in collections throughout Australia, and in the USA, Belgium and Singapore.
